Ok! Im here with the details. There wil be a winner and a runer up if the winner completely messes up the site. So here they are:
1.You must be over age 10 or be in at least the fifth grade.
2.You must have some experience with online website making. Maybe BBC code or CCS.
3.You must submit a minumum 30 word entry on why you want to be a co-owner.
4.You must have a Fantage acount (Duh)
